Polyquart® Pro A is a moderately hydrophobic surface modification polymer, sold as a clear liquid of concentration 22%. It has better electrolyte tolerance than Polyquart 149 and a wider usage pH range of 1-14. Recommended concentration at use is 0.2-0.45% as supplied. It is approved for non-food use as an inert with the EPA, and can be used in registered cleaning formulations requiring non-food use only.

Rheovis® AT 120 offers detergent formulators multiple benefits, such as its high thickening efficiency, improved rheology profile (shear thinning), and its ability to be post-added in a typical manufacturing process. It can effectively produce transparent liquid detergents, improve the pumping response of liquid detergents, and is highly compatible with other detergent components.

Rheovis® CDE is a highly effective rheology modifier and stabilizer specially designed for fabric softeners. It is based on cationic acrylics polymer and employs the liquid dispersion polymer (LDP) technology. This product is an acrylamide-free polymer that is dispersed in biodegradable esters.

Lutensol® TDA 9 is a versatile non-ionic surfactant that serves as a workhorse for laundry applications. Its hydrophobe is derived from a natural fatty alcohol, and it is available as approximately 100% active. The cloud point of this surfactant is 60®C. It offers excellent rapid wetting properties, relatively low foaming levels, and good detergency. In addition, it has the ability to function as an emulsifier, dispersant, and solubilizer.

Good performance for cleaning and foam control. Suitable for high-temperature cleaning (greater than 60°C). The cloud point is 30°C, so it has very low foaming above that temperature, which is ideal for carpet extraction operating temperatures (typically 35 to 50°C). Listed on the EPA's Safer Chemical Ingredients List, it is a low-foaming fatty alcohol EO/PO derivative.

Lutensol® XL 40 is available as a 100% active product and is suitable for machine floor cleaning as a foam controlling and degreasing agent. The level of residual alcohol is comparatively very low when compared to regular alcohol ethoxylates with the same degree of ethoxylation. It has a HLB value of 10.5 and is listed on the Safer Choice label. The final surfactant choice will be dependent on the formulation.

Sokalan® CP 5 is a polymeric dispersing agent that has the potential to inhibit incrustation and scale formation. This is due to its ability to disperse suspended solids, which boosts detergent efficacy and overcomes deficiencies seen when phosphates are removed from formulations.

Pluronic® L 61 is a 100% active product and suitable for low-temperature commercial dishwashing machines. It is a low-foaming surfactant that provides good defoaming and wetting. In addition to its use in dishwashing machines, it is also suitable for machine floor cleaning as a foam controlling agent.

Sokalan® CP 10 S is a modified polyacrylic acid-based copolymer in the form of a liquid with a 50% solid content and a molecular weight of 4,000. This product is 45% active and has a molecular weight of 3,500. It serves as a dispersant, scale inhibitor, and compatibilizer in various applications.

Tinogard® HS are used as a water and alcohol soluble anionic UV light stabilizers. They are easy to formulate by pre or post addition.

Pluronic® F 68 PRILL is a versatile difunctional block copolymer surfactant that terminates in primary hydroxyl groups. As a nonionic surfactant, it is 100% active and has low toxicity. Pluronic® F 68 PRILL offers excellent properties for dispersing various materials, making it suitable for applications requiring emulsion stability, good particle dispersion, foaming, and associative thickening.

Plurafac® LF-901 is a nonionic surfactant with low foaming properties. It is made up of predominantly unbranched fatty alcohols that are alkoxylated with both higher alkene oxides and ethylene oxide. This 100% active product provides benefits such as low foaming solutions and wetting capabilities.

Plurafac® LF 431 offers excellent caustic stability and does not yellow when in direct contact with NaOH beads. The choice of final surfactant depends on the formulation and temperature of the cleaning process. Its essential properties include wetting, low-foaming, or even defoaming.

Tinogard® TL is a broad-spectrum UV light stabilizer that protects light-sensitive colorants, fragrances, and actives from photolytic degradation. It reduces the viscosity loss of acrylate-based gels and inhibits light-induced yellowing. Tinogard® TL is non-ionic, oil- and alcohol-soluble, and can be easily incorporated into oil- or aqua-based systems. It usually needs to be pre-mixed with a fragrance, emollient, non-ionic surfactant, or solubilizer.

Dehyton® PK 45 is an amphoteric surfactant that is suitable for universal application in cosmetic and pharmaceutical surfactant preparations. When combined with anionic surfactants, synergistic effects are achieved, resulting in a dermatological improvement of the consumer product. Its application properties are comparable to those of conventional cocamidopropyl betaine types.
